We will not share, sell, rent, trade, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number is used solely for communications directly from 4-13 Ventures, MirrorPIX, and Snow-La-Lah.

4-13 Ventures is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier related to your participation in this SMS program.
This SMS policy and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
4-13 Ventures complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable CTIA guidelines, and all relevant federal and state regulations governing SMS marketing communications.
